Mystery Objects

This is is a nice simple concept. The idea is to have a bag filled with objects. A kid comes up and pulls out an object, then thinks of a Primary song related to that object. This was actually a lot of fun since the kids were intrigued by the 'mysterious' objects that could be in the bag, as well as the challenge of coming up with a song related to the objects. Here's some options:


book of mormon = Book of Mormon Stories, Books in the Book of Mormon, Follow the Prophet
snowman = Once There Was a Snowman.
Note: this was so cool, by the way. I got it from someone else, but I'm glad I did because the kids loved it! It's made out of a plastic cup, a stick, a sock, a styrefoam ball and little decorations. You can raise or lower the snowman into the cup. I used this for 'tall tall tall' and 'melting, melting', but you could also use this to show the volume of a song.

helmet = Head and Shoulders Knees and Toes
Primary Songbook = ANY SONG THEY WANTED (wildcard)
